The quarterback position has been among the deepest in fantasy football the past few seasons. Whether you decide to grab one of the superstars early, or you choose to select a high-upside signal-caller in the middle rounds or even if you address the position towards the end of drafts, there's something for everyone...
Much was made about Saquon Barkley joining the Eagles. Sure, he was joining a much, MUCH better situation than the one he'd been in with the Giants — no one was debating that. But some questions emerged nonetheless.

What can you say about Ja'Marr Chase's 2024 fantasy football season?
Arguably the biggest cheat-code in the game last year, Chase has now made a name for himself for those eruption weeks that, when facing him, you kind of just surrender to the inevitable. Chase averaged 19.9 fantasy points per game — three more points than the No. 2 receiver — not to mention three games scoring over 40 fantasy points.

For a time, the tight end position was one you had to wait to mature in fantasy football. Basically, no matter how exciting or electrifying a rookie tight end seemed in the lead-up to fantasy draft season, you had to temper expectations as the player maneuvered through the learning curve of the NFL.
Could the Denver Broncos field the best defense in the NFL this season, in both fantasy football and reality?
Well, let's take a look.

The Denver Broncos already finished 2024 as the top fantasy D/ST, leading the second-place Minnesota Vikings by 12 points. They were also...
The kicker position in fantasy football is often considered an afterthought, maybe even a punch line. Drafters will laugh and sneer at league-mates who spend premium draft capital on a kicker.

Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson, in the midst of a quarterback battle with veteran Daniel Jones, has aggravated the right shoulder joint he injured in 2023 and will be sidelined for an undetermined length of time, coach Shane Steichen said Thursday.
Russell Wilson's job description with the New York Giants doesn't say anything about being a mentor to rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. That doesn't mean he won't be one, naturally.

We've dealt with the weirdness of Aaron Rodgers being in a New York Jets uniform. Now we have a new team to add to Rodgers' "legend in an unusual uniform at the end of his career" collection.

Aaron Rodgers signing 1-year contract with Steelers, reports say originally appeared on NBC Sports Boston
Aaron Rodgers has found his new home — finally.
The former New York Jets quarterback plans to sign a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers after months of speculation about his future, according to multiplereports on Thursday.
Rodgers reportedly plans to fly to Pittsburgh this week and participate in the Steelers’ mandatory minicamp next week. Financial details of the contract were not initially reported.

It's official. Until it's official.
The Steelers have announced that they have agreed to terms with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, pending a physical.. It's a one-year contract.
The terms will be leaked once the contract is filed, if not sooner. The threshold question is whether will be paid the $10 million he said in April that he'd take for 2025.
Our guess is it will be higher. Even if it's twice that amount, it's a great deal for the Steelers.
The move sets the stage for Rodgers to participate in next week's mandatory minicamp. Then, when training camp opens, it'll be all about getting him ready for a Week 1 return to New Jersey for a game against the Jets.
Just as he did in 2023, Aaron Rodgers will open his season at MetLife Stadium. But he'll be wearing a different uniform in 2025.
Rodgers is signing a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced late Thursday night, a move that has felt like an inevitability over the past few months.
Rodgers will attend Steelers minicamp next week before the club takes one final break before training camp.
And when the Steelers open their regular season on Sept. 7, they'll do so at none other than MetLife Stadium, the place Rodgers called home during his two seasons with the Jets.
Of course, Rodgers' tenure with the Jets didn't go to plan, as he suffered a torn Achilles just four plays into his first game with the team in the 2023 opener at MetLife Stadium. He missed the remainder of the season before coming back for what was one of the worst seasons of his career in 2024. A four-...

The Pittsburgh Steelers finally have a new starting quarterback, as Aaron Rodgers will sign a one-year deal with the team and report to next week's mandatory minicamp.
While it's potentially a big upgrade over current Steelers starting QB Mason Rudolph, the report didn't light up many odds screens on Thursday afternoon — because...
There's a moment in the Netflix documentary "Untold: The Fall of Favre" when the film is reliving Brett Favre's late career stops, and a graphic shows when he signed with the Minnesota Vikings: Aug. 18, 2009.
Aug. 18? That can't be possible. That was a few days before the Vikings' second preseason game. We've heard over and over that quarterbacks need all offseason to build bonds with their new teammates and learn the offense. But Favre must have had a terrible 2009 season, starting that late. Right? ...

On Thursday, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport tweeted quarterback Aaron Rodgers plans to sign a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Will that raise Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf's fantasy stock?
Aaron Rodgers kept the NFL world on hold this offseason, prolonging his decision on whether or not he would return for his 21st season. Finally, news broke Thursday that the 41-year-old quarterback will join the Pittsburgh Steelers before next week's minicamp.
One couldn't blame Barkley and other Eagles players if they spent the organized team activities portion of the offseason program simply going through the motions coming off their Super Bowl LIX victory over the Chiefs.
McLaurin is entering the final year of his contract, and the star wide receiver may be headed for a holdout.
Anthony Richardson has encountered another injury setback.
How many of the players to throw for 4,000 yards in a single season most recently for each NFL franchise can you name in five minutes?
In the NFL, it's important for the key decision-makers to be on the same page. That's especially true for a team's head coach and general manager. The GM typically picks the players, who must suit the philosophy and vision of the team's head coach.
Is Wilson looking over his shoulder?
Cleveland selected Gabriel with pick No. 94 in the 2025 draft before the club traded up to grab Sanders with the 144th overall choice.
Seattle could escape Darnold's contract as soon as next offseason if he routinely performs as poorly as he played in his final two games with the Minnesota Vikings.
